Therefore, we always work on request, meaning that the owner must give his OK to your booking after you book. This is for your safety. Should an owner not be able to confirm, we always resolve this special case in your best interest, no one has to miss out on their holiday villa.

That's why we have included pets in our search filter alongside adults, children, and babies (pets must be declared in any case!). Upon arrival at the villa, you must deposit a security deposit in cash with the owner or manager at check-in. The amount of the deposit varies and will be communicated to you during the booking process. It serves as security for any damages.
We maintain a good relationship with the owners of the villas, all are cooperative and friendly. A deposit is not meant as a "penalty" but is intended to encourage responsible handling of the inventory. The villas and their equipment are very expensive, the deposit is very small in comparison. Of course, something can always break, like dishes or a vase. In such cases, no owner will retain the deposit. If you behave properly, you will get the full deposit back.
You will receive the exact address of the villa once you have paid the balance, at the latest 5 weeks before the start of your trip. There will also be the local contact person with a mobile number, who will welcome you at the villa.

The deposit for a villa is 30% of the total price. It is due within 7 days after we have confirmed your booking. Please plan your arrival so that you are at the villa punctually at 4 PM on the day of check-in! Our cleaning team needs several hours to make the property and the villa spotlessly clean before you arrive. However, a quick call to our local contact person can give you an assessment of whether an earlier check-in is possible.
Unfortunately, that is not possible. Our cleaning team will prepare the property and the villa after your departure to offer the next guests a clean and cozy home. Please plan your departure so that you check out just before 10 AM.
